Acquired licenses related to Synthesis of Nucleotide and labeling
RNA Product(s) for RNAi, (siRNA)
NGRL has been granted a license by the CARNEGIE INSTITUTION OF WASHINGTON with regard to sale and offering for sale of RNA Product(s) synthesized by NGRL for RNAi use in Japan since 18th July 2007. However, use of these products by a for-profit or commercial entity will require a license from the CARNEGIE INSTITUTION OF WASHINGTON, 1530 P Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20005-1910.
Digoxigenin
NGRL has been granted the license by "Roche Diagnostics GmbH" with regard to synthesis and sale and offering for sale of Digoxigenin labeling oligonucleotide(s) since 8th Dec. 1995.
LightCycler-Red® 640, 705 and 610
NGRL has been granted the license by "Roche Diagnostics GmbH" with regard to synthesis and sale and offering for sale of LightCycler-Red® 640, 705 and 610 since 28th Sep. 1999.
Fluolid Green 520, Yellow535, Orange594
NGRL has concluded the licensing agreement regarding Fluolid labeling with "International Science Technology CO., LTD" ("IST") since 1st Sep. 2005.
Cy®-dye Series
The supply agreement concerning Cy®-dye-labeling has been concluded with "GE Healthcare Biosciences CORP" by NGRL since 4th Sep. 2006.
BHQ® Series
The Black Hole Quencher® (BHQ®) have become the quencher of choice used in probes and other FRET applications. The licensing agreement with regard to BHQ®-labeling is made between "BIOSEARCH TECHNOLOGIES, INC." ("BTI") and "NGRL" since 4th Oct. 2006.
CAL® Fluor and Quasar® Series
NGRL has concluded the licensing agreement regarding CAL® Fluor and Quasar®-labeling with "BIOSEARCH TECHNOLOGIES, INC." ("BTI") since 8th Nov. 2006.
Acquired licenses related to PCR in the field of human diagnosis
RT and RT-PCR
NGRL has been granted the license by "F.Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd" with regard to RT-PCR Technology since 1st Mar. 2005.
5' Nuclease Technology related TaqManProbe system
NGRL has been granted the license by "F.Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd" concerning "5'Nuclease Technology since 1st Mar. 2005.
Intercalation Technology related LC Green I ™ system1
NGRL has concluded the licensing agreement with regard to "Intercalation Technology" of using LC Green I ™ with "Idaho Technology Inc.,"
Primer & Probe Sets
NGRL has been granted the license by "Roche Diagnostics GmbH" regarding sales and manufacturing of primer&probe sets. "Territory" Japan, China, Korea and Malaysia.
